House Locations and Regions

Houses are scattered across Japan, often in scenic or high-traffic areas. Most appear on your map as you progress through the campaign:

Tokyo City – Choose from luxury skyscrapers or penthouse apartments in the heart of the urban hub. Perfect for city cruising.
Osaka Bay – Coastal and industrial estates with waterfront views and quick access to open highways.
Fuji Highlands – Properties at the base of Mt. Fuji, offering mountain road access and breathtaking scenery.
Coastal Ito – Beachside homes inspired by tranquil coastal retreats.
Kyoto – Historic district estates featuring traditional Japanese architecture and charm.
Special Unlockable Estates

Some areas are exclusive and require extra effort to access:

The Estate – A massive flat sandbox where you can create your own racetracks, drift zones, or mountain highways. Every item you place can be bought with in-game credits and is removable.
Legends Island – Reserved for the top drivers. Unlock this end-game location by earning the Gold Wristband in the Horizon Invitational, making it the ultimate reward for skill and progression.
Common Unlock Requirements

Unlocking houses in FH6 follows a few consistent steps:

Campaign Milestones – Most properties only appear after completing certain Horizon Invitational ranks or earning new Wristbands.
In-Game Credits (CR) – Houses and some Estate items require credits. In The Estate, credits spent on props can be refunded if you remove them.
Region Exploration – Completing side challenges in a region can lower house costs or trigger hidden properties.
DLC/VIP Status – Premium Edition or VIP members often get at least two houses automatically, giving early access to high-end locations.
New “Custom Garage” Features

Every player house now includes a fully interactive garage:

Decorate – Add props, lights, and even smoke effects to highlight your cars.
Share – Upload your garage layout for other players to download and admire.
Socialize – Houses act as social hubs where friends and other players can visit and view your collection.

With these new estates and garage options, Forza Horizon 6 turns each house into a central part of your driving adventure, blending exploration, creativity, and social gameplay.
